While designers like Rodarte were channeling Van Gogh, and Peter Som his inner Beach Blanket Bingo, a few were looking to the heavens for inspiration. Namely, ethereal goddesses draped in sheer white and ivory. The shades known to represent purity and goodness were all over the runways, predominately featured in long, flowing fabrics.

I'm sure if the Oracle of the Delphi were alive today she would have quite the selection to choose from this coming Spring.

I cannot believe it's been a year since I posted anything. Wow! I will be putting up some reviews of New York Fashion Week soon. School (I'm in college now, how exciting is that?!) is getting in the way of most of my interests, including "Fashion Month." Nice to see that I have my priorities straight, right?

I'm off to study for Theology, but I promise a review of one of yesterday's shows or a "trendspotter" will be up by midnight.
