The library I've always wanted...and am going to build someday. I will. I won't even build the rest of the house, just the library. I probably won't have the money to build the rest of the house, actually. But I can put a bed and a bathroom and a kitchenette in a library, surely. I used to want a huge, almost-industrialized kitchen, but I would much rather have a massive library. Who wouldn't?
